What has happened to "recipe websites" recently? I'm not smart enough to understand but it frustrates me.
I'd imagine that most people are like me when it comes to looking up a recipe on the internet. You search for the dish so that you can read/review several recipes to get the main gist. Then maybe you pick one recipe to try or you make your own recipe based on the various ones you read.
Usually when I do this, I’m in a hurry. I’ve got a lot going on between running a farm, starting a business, having a full time job, AND trying to be a good father and husband. I don’t have time to scroll through seemingly endless pages of stuff not related to the recipe in order to get to the recipe itself. You know what I’m talking about.
So, in the mindset of “if you want it done right…”, we’re starting a recipe blog. Here I will post how our family serves the meats we produce in our favorite dishes. I’m going to cut straight to the chase with each recipe. Here’s a short description. Here’s a pic. Here’s how you do it.
